A few words about receiving from, and sending tees back to, TGraffi.
Shipping for TGraffi orders will be sent out via Royal Mail (UK) unless we are instructed otherwise. At present, there is
no charge to our customers for this service, however, we do offer UPS express courier delivery - which is available at
a charge of £5 within the United Kingdom.
At TGraffi we want you to be delighted every time you print a shirt with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items and laid out below are clear instructions on when this is possible and how to achieve this.

TGraffi.com will replace any damaged item that is not received by you in good condition all you have to do is take a picture of the goods and email our returns team outlining the issue with the shirt.
We will then confirm that you can return the goods and we will e mail the details of how to return the items to us.
In these circumstances TGraffi will provide an item in exchange for the damaged goods or a full refund at our discretion.
Please note that any item that has been personalised for you cannot be cancelled or returned unless it is damaged or there was a fault with the garment.
If you purchased one of our stock/pre-printed designs and you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit. All returns must be made within 60 days of placing your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the 60 day period.
To do this first email the returns team.
Indicate what you are returning and why. Please let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange, refund, or credit. In order to process your return, please include your name, email address and order number along with the items that you are returning. You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us.
If you are asking for an exchange, we will send your replacement item(s) at no charge. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you a credit instead. If you do not want the credit, you can email us and change it out for a refund or a different item(s). If you are asking for a refund, you will only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do not accept back washed items. If a washed item is returned, the return will be refused and sent back to you.
